YU DASNY Bonds Bibliography

This is an annotated bibliography for the publicly available legal documents that record Yeshiva University's financial relationship with the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY). The documents are listed with hyperlinks in ascending chronological order.

Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Project and Issuance of Revenue Bonds by DASNY for YU. [This a public notice for a June 8, 2022 hearing to discuss submitting the revenue bonds for approval. The document outlines where the newly issued bond money will be spent. Since most of the 2022 bond money went to refinancing older bonds, this document contains detailed information about how the older bonds were spent.]

State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination for Yeshiva University’s Energy Master Plan and Refunding of Existing Debt. [Though the purpose of this June 17, 2022 memo is to confirm that the project will not have any legally recognized environment impacts, it contains detailed information for how the 2022 bonds will be spent, specifically the portion of the bonds going towards construction and maintenance.]
